4) Create the plan - then help design a training program to work your plan.  Set objectives, and document it for compliance.  We make it simple.  Once your have a Risk Assessment / Gap analysis in place, the rest is merely a matter of setting a target date for correction of each critical issue in accordance with the risk they pose the company. 

BCP-inc helps you will all of this.  We do the risk assessments as a "uninterested third party" with no ties to any one vendor.  And then we work with your people to document the results and develop the plan.  The risk assessment will contain risk factors, suggested solutions, policy mandates that need to be in place  in order to be in compliance with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley or Graham-Leach.
